Interlibrary Loan

Interlibrary Loan and Document Delivery Services (ILL) allow AUA students, faculty, and staff to request materials and articles not owned by the AGBU Papazian Library.

How it works?

Before submitting a request, check if the item is available in our library’s collection. You can search the catalog directly from the homepage or use our A–Z Databases.

If the item isn’t available, fill out the Interlibrary Loan request form below with as much detail as possible (title, author, publication info, etc.). The more accurate your request, the faster we can process it.

Once your request is submitted, our team will contact partner libraries and keep you updated. You’ll receive an email when your item is ready or if there are any issues.

Most items will be delivered within 3–7 business days. Articles may arrive via email, while physical materials can be picked up at the Circulation Desk.

Nope! The ILL service is free for all AUA students, faculty, and staff.

There is no limit on articles, but books are limited to the Copyright Laws of the U.S. and RA.
