Introduction to Moodle

Through this workshop, you will be able to: 

• Edit course settings in Moodle including general settings, schedule, course summary (course description) 
• Design course content through resources (upload a syllabus, handouts, forums, attendance)
• Assess student knowledge through activities/assignments (use TurnItIn to check the originality of writing assignments and create an activity (TurnItIn assignment) in Moodle and input corresponding rubrics 
• Identify additional Moodle resources for further inquiry

Before registering for a Moodle training, the faculty must have an AUA email account.
